LocalBoost provides AI-assisted drafts for social posts, review replies, promotional images, and content planning. Generated content is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy, legality, suitability, and platform compliance before publishing it.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use LocalBoost for fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, illegal goods, infringement, deceptive reviews, bulk spam, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
New eligible accounts receive a seven-day free trial without a card. Premium is offered at $79 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Card subscriptions are processed by Lava.top; optional cryptocurrency payments may be processed by PassimPay. Taxes, payment methods, renewal details, and checkout-provider terms are shown during checkout.
You may request cancellation at any time through the support form. Submit the request before the next renewal date. Access normally continues through the already-paid period unless a full refund, chargeback, fraud event, or legal requirement requires earlier revocation. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the payment provider’s checkout terms; fees already charged by payment networks may not be recoverable.
You retain rights in the business information and prompts you submit. Subject to third-party model terms and applicable law, you may use generated output for your business. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. LocalBoost does not guarantee rankings, reach, leads, bookings, revenue, or other business results.
We aim to keep the service available but may change, suspend, or limit features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider outages, or reasonable fair-use controls. “Unlimited” plan features are intended for normal use by one local business and do not permit automated resale, account sharing, or abusive generation volume.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. LocalBoost is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, third-party platforms, payment-provider outages, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security, fraud, or legal risk. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
