LocalBoost is an AI marketing service available at localboostbiz.com. This policy explains what information the service processes and the choices available to you.
We use information to create and secure accounts, generate requested content, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers when necessary to generate content and operate the service. Payments are handled by Lava.top and, when selected, PassimPay. Their privacy terms also apply to information submitted through their checkout pages.
Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You can delete your account from the application. A one-way hash of a deleted account email may be retained to prevent repeated free-trial abuse; it cannot be used to recover the original email.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information through the support form. Do not submit confidential client records, payment card data, health information, or other sensitive personal data in AI prompts.
We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. LocalBoost is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
