LocalBoost is an AI marketing service available at localboostbiz.com. This policy explains what personal information the service processes, why, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Who we are

LocalBoost (“we”, “us”) is an independently owned sole proprietorship (a self-employed business) that operates the localboostbiz.com service and acts as the data controller for the information described below. 2. Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address and password hash.
• Business profile details you choose to provide, such as business type, location, and preferred tone.
• Prompts, reviews, topics, and generated marketing content used to provide the service.
• Subscription and transaction metadata. LocalBoost does not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Basic first-party usage events, referral parameters, and support requests. We do not store raw IP addresses in product analytics or support tickets.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, generate requested content, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases and limits

We process information to perform our agreement with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — on the basis of your consent. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers when necessary to generate content and operate the service. Payments are handled by Lava.top and, when selected, PassimPay. Their privacy terms also apply to information submitted through their checkout pages.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, billing, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You can delete your account from the application or by request. A one-way hash of a deleted account email may be retained to prevent repeated free-trial abuse; it cannot be used to recover the original email.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

These rights are available in particular to residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with consumer privacy laws. To exercise any of them, email support@localboostbiz.com. We will verify your request using the account email and respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. LocalBoost is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
