How do I get started with LocalBoost?+
Sign up with your email, claim your free 7-day trial, then pick your business type (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, salon, etc.). The AI will start generating posts and review replies tailored to your business.
What is the free trial?+
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full Premium features — unlimited posts, images, and review replies. No card required to start. After the trial you can upgrade to keep using Premium.
What can LocalBoost generate?+
It creates social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business), professional replies to customer reviews, and custom marketing images using AI. You can also auto-fill a full content calendar.
How do I generate an image?+
Open the "Generate Image" tab, describe what you want (e.g. "before/after roofing job photo with sunny sky"), and the AI creates a custom image you can download and post.
Can I reply to Google / Yelp reviews?+
Yes. Paste any customer review and LocalBoost writes a polished, professional response in the right tone for your business.
How much does LocalBoost cost?+
Premium is $79/month. That includes unlimited posts, image generation, review replies, and content calendar. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed securely and your subscription renews automatically each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime. Use the "Delete Account" button in your dashboard, or contact support. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I reset my password?+
Currently you can delete your account and sign up again with the same email to set a new password. Full password reset by email is coming soon.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt (industry standard). We store only what's needed to run your account — your email, generated content, and subscription status.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Absolutely. The "Delete Account" button permanently removes your account and all associated data (posts, images, subscription). This complies with privacy laws like CCPA.
Image generation failed / timed out+
Image creation can take up to 30 seconds. If it fails, try a simpler prompt or retry. Very detailed requests may occasionally time out — shorter descriptions work best.
The app feels slow / not loading+
Refresh the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R). If problems persist, your connection may be slow, or we may be deploying an update. Try again in a minute.
